Goldwire Financial Solutions was founded in 2016 by Jag Saran, a finance professional with a wealth of lived experience in financial services and the property industry.

Jag grew up working within his family’s small business, learning the ins and outs of running an enterprise from an early age. This gave him a strong commercial foundation and an understanding of the financial pressures and opportunities faced by business owners — knowledge that continues to underpin Goldwire’s business finance offering today.
Following his studies, Jag moved into property in 2005, where he began buying, renovating, developing and selling real estate. By 2008, he had progressed into the wider financial services sector, combining his practical property background with formal qualifications obtained through the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
It was during this time that Jag identified a gap in the market. While many brokers could offer financial products, few had the first-hand experience of what it truly meant to be an investor or a business owner seeking funding. Having built his own portfolio and lived through the challenges of the 2008 global recession, two subsequent downturns and the Covid-19 pandemic, Jag developed resilience, creativity and deep market knowledge that continue to shape the way Goldwire Financial Solutions operates today.

Every new enquiry starts with an initial 15–20-minute consultation to understand the client’s requirements, aspirations and investment strategy. Following this, we conduct a full financial fact-find and initiate the client onboarding process, before approaching the market on behalf of the client.
When lenders respond, we analyse the options and present the most suitable solutions in clear, straightforward terms. Once a decision is made, we manage the application in full – liaising with solicitors, valuers and lenders – right through to completion and the release of funds.
